Free Inservice Training (F.I.T.)

 When: Every Third Thursday of the Month from 8:15 –9:45 am

 Where: The Wooster Salvation Army, 437 South Market, Wooster

 (Parking behind the Salvation Army and across the street)

 Exception: December meeting at YHRC 2587 Back Orrville Road, Wooster

     September 17 -- Understanding Maternal Depression and Screening using the Edinburgh Scale:

    October 15      --  Bridges to Hope, helping people out of poverty: Carolyn Basista, Director of Bridges to

                            Hope and Mark Stefanik, Director of Alternative Education, Wooster City Schools

     November 19  --  Success by Six: helping families to get young children ready to learn:

     December 17  --   FIT Stress Reduction Holiday Event: Come reduce your stress and learn to laugh:

                            Oma Marks, Certified laughter leader and Wellness Coordinator Dunlap Hospital and other FIT members

     March 18          --  The Wayne County Common Pleas Mental Health Court: Cindy Hall, Mental

                             Health Court Coordinator

     April 15           --  Suboxone Treatment for Opiate Addiction: Chuck Ross, Clinical Director, STEPS at Liberty Center                        

     May 20                Trauma Informed Care for Adults and Children: Jennifer Durham PhD, Certified

                             Traumatologist, Director of New Beginnings of the Christian Children’s Home of Ohio
