HELPING FAMILIES THRIVE
![]() |
Transitions Plus program is operated by Tri-County
Educational Service Center funded by the Department of Job and Family
Services using Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds. This program assists youth, who face serious barriers, to successfully transition to self-sufficient adulthood by improving work readiness skills and basic skills. Youth are then better prepared to enter, and stay in, the workforce (having a job that pays more than minimum wage, obtain a high school diploma or GED, and enter higher education (college or adult education classes), or advanced training (military or trade school). |
