Child
& Family Health Services plans its activities with
the goal of achieving the following outcomes:

Monitor health
status indicators
-
Facilitating
collaborative relationships and activities among service
providers and community stakeholders,
-
Increase
school-focused nutrition education,
-
Provide information and training
about mental health needs of children and adolescent,
-
Raise community awareness of the
importance of childhood immunizations and
screening for lead poisoning,
-
Provide outreach services to
pregnant women and families to gain access to Medicaid services
and
-
Increase and improve
immunization rates, increase screening for lead poisoning and
link women and children to services.
